where can I find a really cheap place to hold a wedding reception in NY?

Im on a budget so hoping for something thats ,000 and can have alcahol. Any help GREATLY appreciated!

Cheap and NY do not go hand in hand.
For $1,000, check out your local VFW Halls, American Legion, Knights of Columbus, Elks Lodge–they all usually rent out their halls for functions and do allow alcohol so long as you provide it yourself. My husband is part of the VFW Hall and they have a beautiful hall that they rent out for less than $1,000 with a large, restaurant kitchen and a separate bar area.
